Hi all,
why are the sox still trying to let Lugo play he is terrible no offense no defense i don't know how he still on the team.
for those of you who go to the game please booo him. next home game.
i watch the red sox for the first time live in Houston it was amazing half of minute maid park full of red sox fans i love it.
Lugo, varitek they need to start hitting or sox management needs to make a move .

I gree with you Lugo they probably are sticking with him because of his 9 million dolllar contract, who would take him for a 1/3 of that money. Makes me sick.

I heard the other day on a talk show that there's a little talk around the league that Varitek may have lost a little bat speed. Seems like when players get in their 30's bat speed can be a major problem. You can be good through your career and then of of a sudden you lose your bat speed and your all done. I guess Rico Petrocelli was like that he turned 32 lost his bad speed and was all done. Makes you wonder. He has a big contract as well, mabe last year or one more year (not sure).

The worst thing I hate about Varitek is when he strikes out, he is the worst looking player i've ever seen when he swings and strikes out.
